Jan. 20th, 2018, a shutdown of the United States federal government had just begun— a year anniversary following Donald Trump taking office. After a failure to pass a relevant legislation funding bill for government operations and agencies, the shutdown stemmed from the disputes over the status of persons affected by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) immigration policy. There was also “disputes” over funding towards building a Mexico-U.S. border wall. At least, this is what they’re TELLING Us… Because what is REALLY going on behind closed doors, beyond the walls of Congress, and into what’s known as the “shadow government?” It’s also no surprise or coincidence how coinciding on the exact same week, Wells Fargo announced a “glitch” with their online bill payment that led to some payments being processed twice, and even some accounts being emptied out by double processing. Along with the continuity of government — wherein U.S. federal agencies quietly prepare for the change in the Continuity of Government Condition (COGCON) level during the annual State of the Union Address. The Continuity of Government Readiness Conditions (COGCON) system establishes executive branch readiness levels based on possible threats to the National Capital Region. The President alone determines and issues the COGCON Level. However, The COGCON Level for the U.S. Government will secretly drop from Level 4 to Level 3 in preparation for President Trump's First State of the Union Address to the nation. The State of the Union address is scheduled to be held on Tue. Jan. 30th, 2018 — and every Jan. is when the U.S. prepares to put in place their “continuity of government.” With all of these preparations for war (world war AND civil war), martial law, bank shutdowns and FEMA Camps, what ELSE could this be a signal for?!?!
